Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) , you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern cloud infrastructures and DevOps workflows, with a particular focus on AWS and automation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and execute cloud migration projects with a focus on AWS
• Design and implement new infrastructures as well as enhance existing cloud environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ArgoCD, and other automation tools
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with international teams to define and implement DevOps standards
• Support and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles with a focus on automation and infrastructure management
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (eg, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and GitOps practices
• Solid programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, Golang/Java)
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud architecture; certifications are a plus
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices, as well as monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Mimir)
• Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management (especially Terraform)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Language skills: German (C1) and English (C1)
