AI Developer (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• You integrate (generative) AI technologies into existing application software and develop new, innovative solutions with AI components.
• You analyze and prepare complex data for specific (generative) AI use cases and contribute to improving data quality in our projects.
• You evaluate and optimize software with AI components, especially with frameworks like LangChain, as well as through the use of APIs like OpenAI or Ollama.
• You contribute your own ideas to further develop existing AI solutions and to create new approaches.
• You actively participate in shaping cloud-native development projects with a focus on AI-supported software solutions.
• You integrate and utilize AI-compatible database systems (e.g., relational, vector, or graph databases) for complex AI applications.
• You research and evaluate new technologies and methods in the field of (generative) AI, such as Model Context Protocol, agent technologies, or modern AI integration frameworks.
• You work closely with clients and project teams and present your results in a clear and professional manner.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed degree (preferably Master's) with a focus on AI or IT and bring initial professional experience in the field of AI/software development.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Python and at least one other modern programming language such as JavaScript (e.g., Node.js), TypeScript, Go, or Java.
• You have practical experience in the integration and use of generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Ollama), as well as in working with frameworks such as LangChain.
• You are experienced in working with AI-compatible database systems (relational, vector, graph databases)
• You have practical experience in cloud-native development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and in DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
• You are familiar with API design and full-stack software development and ideally have already been responsible for your own projects.
• You are passionate about customer-centric application development, innovative technologies, and enjoy contributing ideas.
• You are a team player, communicative, and work independently and in a structured manner.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level in both languages)
