Job Description
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer for our Berlin location as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities- Conceptualization, setup and configuration of CI/CD pipelines as well as ensuring smooth deployments
- Implementation of application and user security (LDAP, SAML2, OIDC, Keycloak)
- Setting up, operating and maintaining databases (especially PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
- Deployment automation with Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize and ArgoCD
- Deployment and operation of third-party tools such as GitLab, Artifactory, Vault, Argo Workflows, Superset, etc.
- Installation and operation of on-premise solutions for secrets, password, repository and source code management
- Quality assurance of the platform through participation in test automation in collaboration with the Quality Team
- Technical responsibility for services of the private cloud platform as well as collaboration with architecture, project management and other teams
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable field, or vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
- Experienced in handling K8's manifestos, helmet, and Kustomize
- Basic knowledge of Ansible and Terraform
- Experienced in setting up and developing CI/CD processes, especially with regard to Day 2 Operations
- Safe handling of Linux environments
- Practical experience with the orchestration of container applications (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- General IT know-how, especially in the operation of software solutions with external cloud providers and in the use of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Systematic, goal-oriented and independent work style
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (at least level C1)
