DevOps Engineer
Professional experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps, platform, or site reliability environment.
- Experience in operating business-critical production systems
- Collaboration in agile, interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with incident and readiness models
Professional skills
Cloud & Platforms
- Solid experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Containerization with Docker
- Operation and administration of Kubernetes clusters
- Use of helmet and other tools
- Linux „Must Have“
CI/CD & Automation
- Setup and operation of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Integration of automated tests, security scans, and artifact management
- Version and Release Management
Infrastructure as Code
- Terraform including module and state management
- Optional: Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools
Monitoring & Operation
- Monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana
- Logging with ELK or OpenSearch
- Root cause analysis and sustainable troubleshooting
- Backup, restore, and high availability concepts
Security & Compliance
- Handling Secrets Management Solutions
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management
- Integration of security requirements into CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

- High degree of automation to reduce manual tasks
