Within the ImmoConnect environment, we work in a small, cross-functional team of 7 colleagues. Together, we develop and operate solutions related to real estate financing and self-service for partners and customers.
Our goal is to reliably continue existing products while simultaneously advancing new product lines: for example, in the context of Baufi Coach, end-to-end documentation, and agent-based solutions that support documents regarding completeness, readability, timeliness, and accuracy. In doing so, we aim to further expand AI expertise within the team, reduce friction in daily operations, and make the effectiveness of new solutions more readily apparent.

- You will develop modern web widgets with Angular for our frontend.
- You design and implement interfaces based on OpenAPI.
- You will optimize our Java-based Market Engine backend and implement domain functions using TypeScript .
- You will implement automated end-to-end tests , thereby strengthening the quality of our solutions.
- You design infrastructure as code using AWS and CDK and work according to the DevOps philosophy "You build it, you run it".
- You bring experience in CI/CD with GitHub Actions as well as monitoring and observability with tools such as Uptrends, Grafana or Splunk.
- You will be involved in building and operating serverless applications within AWS .
- You familiarize yourself with existing architectures, fix bugs, keep existing products running reliably, and develop them further.
- You support new product directions in the ImmoConnect environment, especially where full-stack development and AI topics such as LLMs, Baufi Coach or E2E documentation come together.
- You have experience in full-stack development and can independently drive forward operational development tasks.
- You have experience in the development and operation of scalable, distributed system architectures.
- DevOps principles, automation, and Infrastructure as Code are part of your understanding of work.
- Test-driven development, clean code, and sustainable code quality are important to you.
- You analyze technical problems in a structured way and find efficient solutions, especially when troubleshooting in distributed systems.
- You are self-organized, take responsibility, and bring drive, expertise, and motivation to operational product development.
You're a perfect fit if
- You have already built AI products or specifically furthered your education in AI.
- You have experience with agent-based solutions , LLMs, Python, SageMaker, Jupyter Notebooks, Machine Learning or Data Analytics.
- You are keen to help build AI expertise within the team and pragmatically integrate new product ideas into existing systems.
