Your day-to-day work will involve:
“Automation as a Service”, i.e., the development and operation of automated processes for customers in the energy industry
Technological development of our automation and AI service
Direct work with our customers

What you should bring:
Several years of experience as a software engineer, ideally with an automation or platform background
Very good programming skills in at least one modern language preferred
Experience with automation technologies (RPA / iPA / agentic) required; UiPath or n8n are a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience in implementing complex processes
, backend experience (APIs, data integration, event messaging), and solid DevOps practice (CI/CD, containerization, observability, cloud – ideally Azure, AWS, or GCP) are required.
Fluent German skills (customer and team language) are essential; English is an advantage.
Industry experience in the energy sector or regulated B2B environments is beneficial.
Knowledge of SAP interfaces (especially IS-U/S/4HANA Utilities) or other energy-related systems (Wilken, Schleupen, etc.) is a significant plus.
Awareness of GDPR and EU AI Act certifications is advantageous.

About DMS Gruppe GmbH
DMS Group was established by several professors from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad. Today, DMS Corporation, comprising DMS Group and Telvent DMS, gathers 700 experienced Engineers – specialists in information technology and power engineering, thus presenting the largest concentration of knowledge in the field of Smart Grid Solutions aimed for distribution electricity network. The Corporation is exclusively dedicated to developing DMS (Distribution Management System) and EMS (Energy Management System) technology that can be applied as a smart network control.
