Job Description
We are looking for an OPS/DevOps Consultant to strengthen a client's teams within the framework of their production activities.
On a daily basis, you will be involved in the following activities:
- Monitoring and ensuring the availability of production systems and infrastructure
- Managing incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of services according to SLAs/SLOs
- Automating operational tasks using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines (particularly using GitLab CI)
- Deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Managing infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform
- Working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborating closely with development teams to improve application deployability
- Applying best practices in security, backup, and disaster recovery
The required skills are as follows:
- Experience in operating production systems
- Experience in monitoring and incident management
- Good level of scripting skills (Bash, Python)
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP)
- Proficiency in CI/CD practices and automation tools
- Good knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitFlow)
- Experience with containerized architectures and microservices (Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch, Couchbase) databases
- Good understanding of network concepts (VPN, IP routing, NAT, load balancing, proxy)
- Technical English (reading, writing, speaking)
