Your mission – what you can expect from us:
Frameworks & Policies – Development, maintenance, and further development of AI guidelines, standards, role models, and governance and decision-making processes along the entire AI lifecycle to ensure compliant and business-oriented AI deployment.
Processes & Operating Model – Documentation, application, and continuous improvement of AI governance processes, as well as operational support for projects and departments in their daily implementation.
Portfolio & Reporting – Development and maintenance of portfolio, KPI, and management reports, including dashboards, analyses, and overviews of AI tools, use cases, and ongoing AI initiatives.
Training & Enablement – ​​Conceptualization and delivery of training and enablement formats in the AI ​​governance environment, and active participation in the development and moderation of community formats to strengthen AI adoption.
Change & Consulting – Support for change and communication measures related to new data and AI processes and tools, creation of enablement materials, and consulting for specialist departments on AI governance, responsible AI use, and data ethics.
Your profile – what you bring to the table:
A completed university degree in a relevant field or comparable knowledge and experience gained through relevant professional practice.
Several years of relevant professional experience in the areas of AI, data, analytics, governance, processes, or comparable topics.
Experience in contributing to governance, process, or framework topics, as well as in the operational implementation and further development of standards and methods.
Sound knowledge of AI and AI governance concepts, process management, reporting, KPI definition, and a basic understanding of regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, independently handling clearly defined topics, and ideally, additional qualifications in moderation, training, change management, or project methodologies.
