For our fast-growing business we are looking for an exceptional candidate based in our Headquarter office in Munich to fulfill the role as Data Analyst Sales & Marketing (f/m)

What you will be responsible for

  • Execution of SQL database queries and further statistical multivariate analyses for various questions in the Sales & Marketing area focusing on CRM analytics and Customer Insights 
  • Secure interpretation and in-depth analysis of data with a high level of technical understanding of sales & marketing topics 
  • Derivation of concrete recommendations for actions and definition of optimization measures based on analysis results 
  • Derivation of personalized and automated concepts based on Machine Learning & AI-Methods for internal efficiency improvements and enhanced personalized customer experience 
  • Communication of analysis knowledge into the sales & marketing organization, especially through definition of Dashboards and automated reports
  • Execution of ad hoc analyses

What we are looking for

  • An excellent university degree focusing on data analytics, information technique or statistics
  • At least 3 years relevant analysis experience in the marketing environment with comprehensive statistical knowledge, ideally in e-commerce
  • Experienced IT skills - especially SQL and Python / R 
  • Very strong analytical skills and familiar with handling large amounts of data 
  • A high level of understanding of online retailing and its KPIs 
  • Professional knowledge in using MS Excel (Pivot Tables / PowerPivot)
  • Very good English skills
