The Global Supply Analytics team at Criteo sits between the business and technology groups. Our business is built on a strongly quantitative culture, and our analysts are involved in setting the agenda and driving decisions across the organization. You’ll be given access to one of the world’s biggest datasets, and the computing power to exploit it. We’ll ask you to produce recommendations that will boost our business performance, that can be clearly understood and quickly put into action by the rest of the organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to contribute to the development of our Global Supply Analytics team within EMEA, with a passion for the digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in analyzing large data sets, with outstanding skills to identify and quantify opportunities for optimizations and issues as they arise. You must thrive in a start-up environment, be proactive, detail oriented and eager to learn and keep-up with an evolving product landscape.
The Global Supply Analytics team provides analysis and insights into both RTB platforms and Publishers which Criteo manages – some regionally and some globally. This offers some exciting analytical challenges as those are among the most technically-driven counterparts of ours. Analyzing complex and large datasets from multiple sources, you’ll learn how to detect any issue with the performance of our products and solutions, and suggest improvements that will have immediate impact.

What you'll do

  • Be the focal point of contact for all analytics-related stakeholder requests for the Russian and MEA markets.
  • Master our internal analytic datasets and reporting tools, oversee the definition and maintenance of reports or dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Mine performance data and turn them into understandable and actionable insights
  • You define and execute a stream of analysis and tests to inform and support the strategic roadmap for your portfolio as well as identify business opportunities
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Criteo’s products, technologies, position and strategy
  • Train and support other analysts on best practices to analyse, troubleshoot and tune performance on the product
  • Support the planning and development of self-service tools for our commercial stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Experience in an analytical role in Technology, Consulting or Finance
  • You hold a Bachelor degree or higher in a numerical subject
  • You have already worked with SQL. Knowledge in R or Python and Tableau is a plus
  • You are passionate about analytics, statistics and predictive approaches
  • You are versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented and hands-on
  • You are outgoing with good communication skills
  • You are fluent in English and Russian
  • Travel requirements: Regular market visits (1 week per quarter) and publisher meeting support on demand.
