Data & Web Analyst (f / m / d) New Business


Responsibilities:

  • Use of internal data for the holistic analysis of user behavior and provide recommendations for optimizing the service offering
  • Preparation and supply of all relevant KPIs for the management to govern the companies
  • Conceptual design and implementation of a dashboard for the constant monitoring of KPIs
  • Usage of customer and company data to support the preparation of market entry and expansion strategies
  • Analysis of user behavior to identify and understand typical customer journeys
  • Identification of activities that may increase the user experience and increase the retention rate


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a Comparative Education
  • Experiences with web analytics and tag management tools or similar systems (eg Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrekk, Omniture)
  • Experiences in the use of software solutions for data visualization and reporting (eg Tableau)
  • Knowledge of databases / SQL
  • Technical know-how and good analytical skills even with large amounts of data
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to travel
  • German and English fluently spoken and written
