A challenge task
Generating and developing data-based ideas to actively promote our business together with the product and marketing managers.
You design, implement, automate and analyze relevant KPIs and visualize them in (adhoc) reports.
Plan and maintain simultaneous A / B tests.
You're able to validate / validate hypotheses in A / B tests.
You're looking at the prediction model for predicting user behavior and using them to create feature engineered datasets for various other use cases.
A convincing background
You have a degree in computer science, business studies, psychology, or another subject with a significant statistical focus.
You have relevant experience in Data Analysis or Data Science, analytical mindset, the ability to handle complex database queries, and the opportunity to optimize and automate tasks and processes (ie, R or Python).
You have experience with cluster analyzes and factor analyzes.
You have strong SQL skills.
You have good skills in MS Office software (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
It would be great if you have experience in data integration and / or reporting in a visualization tool (eg MicroStrategy).
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are confident to make decisions and take responsibility for projects and processes.
