Job Description


Responsible to ensure all data in General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is entered and processed correctly. Shall routinely generate GFEBS reports and analyze data for compliance, accuracy and duplication.


  • -Review all data in GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) and ensure is entered and processed correctly per PWS (Performance Work Statement) and Task Code Structure by providing recommendations for data entry to improve data quality.
  • - Must perform in-depth analysis of work order maintenance data and financial data.
  • -Maintain data quality validation procedures - daily data validation to identify data corrections necessary prior to closing work orders and invoicing the customer.
  • -Ensure all GFEBS users understand the data they enter and how to enter the data correctly.
  • -Create large sets of organization data related to all contractual and maintenance tasks by consolidating data from GFEBS and other sources like Maximo.
  • -Generate all reports and deliverables in GFEBS as listed in PWS Attachment 2 – Deliverable Schedule.
  • -Create reports and provides explanation of results for contract status work execution, performance, financial metrics, order status, material and equipment inventory, invoices, team performance.
  • -Work in conjunction with different teams to ensure all pertinent data is collected in GFEBS and Maximo.
  • -Analyze PM Plan data for compliance, accuracy and duplication.
  • -Provide innovative solutions to reporting and meeting above requirements.
  • -Provide input and oversight to Maximo reporting; interface with the Maximo team to refine reports and data entry requirements.
  • -Must be able to obtain and maintain a German work permit.

MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:Advanced level Excel data analysis.


The working environment is in an office location; in some instances, may need to visit different work site locations. Position could be subject to exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, and could include overtime or shift work. All job duties will include performing the requirements under time and resources constraints, and in difficult surroundings.


Work may require stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential exists for exposure to physical dangers and hazardous agents. May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).




High School diploma or Foreign Country Equivalent. Note: REQUIRED not desired.

Shall be able to read and write in English at the proficiency level 4


Prior experience with the Government Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) is a plus, but not required.

  • Documented three (3) years of experience in the SAP environment as BI Analyst, creating a large set of organization data, fast business process reports, analyzing the various data (customer, suppliers, invoices, equipment, etc.) and internal activities.


Strong functional working knowledge of GFEBS iDOC error resolution and GFEBs Business intelligence data extraction.Strong Microsoft office skills, including the ability to create pivot tables and presentations is required.
