ABOUT THE ROLE
As a People Manager, Engineering at Ada, you will support the effectiveness of our engineering teams by guiding, coaching and paying attention to the well being of at least 10 cross-disciplinary team members . You will grow this number by hiring diverse top talents together with our in house recruiters.
You will represent the perspective of the medical doctors and engineers towards other stakeholders in the company, manage their expectations and help drive strategic decisions. You will work closely with product owners, agile coach and medical director to build and enable teams that accelerate Ada's multiple products.
While you have a strong technical background and might well be involved in architectural discussion on a higher level, you're happy to give up hands-on coding and focus on culture, individual- and team-growth, fully embracing the concept of servant leadership.
