Data Analysts at Ada are skilled at solving real-world problems with data, whether that means writing code, building dashboards, or deep-diving with colleagues on a whiteboard. They know how to uncover insights and make them actionable by communicating them. There are significant opportunities for new team members to emerge as leaders, taking on additional projects and responsibilities with a strong performance.


  • Transform and aggregate huge amounts of data into actionable insights
  • Build dashboards and sophisticated visualizations to monitor and drive efforts for improving the core technology
  • Work with teams across the company to understand the behaviour of Ada users
  • Work with data engineers to define and develop complex data processing pipelines


    • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative discipline fields with a strong academic record
    • Coursework or experience with SQL or other structured programming languages (s) (e.g. Python, Java, C); Experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and Tableau a plus
    • Hands-on experience conducting quantitative analyses on large data sets
    • Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems
    • Strong written and verbal communication in English
