Tactical communications systems and great customer satisfaction
As a Systematic solution engineer, you will be a key player in delivering our SitaWare and Iris suite for defence customers, mainly in Germany but also in other Central European countries. Tactical decision-making is at the heart to execute upon strategy, this will be achieved through an integrated, ultra-modern command and control toolset. The solution is all-encompassing; radio, mobile, vehicle, web and application-based. All of this reporting back to command HQ in real-time. You will be working closely with multiple customers - to roll out a mission critical system that creates value by simplifying decision making -within areas such as solution design, configuration, installation, technical support, technical training, interoperability, development and testing.
Providing technical support and advisory both on-site and back office, your key tasks include:
You can expect some travel activity (typically 2-4 days at a time) as part of your close partnerships with customers across Germany (and potentially the rest of Central Europe).

Moreover, you have experience within some or all of the following: tactical communications systems, software development, IT-infrastructure, software and system tests and/or test management (e.g. ISTQB), technical training, external customer-facing projects, delivering services and consultancy in the IT sector and/or successfully coaching peers.
