As a Data Analyst you will be a driving force for identifying opportunities and challenges on the Group level and communicating them to relevant stakeholders. Benchmarking against different markets, your mission is to ensure the full transparency across the business and share the learnings within it. Providing digital marketing experts and product owners top-level analysis on success metrics, you will be a key asset on our path to build a best-in industry platform.

Working in a newly set-up Group BI & Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with BI Engineers, Data Visualization experts and data stewards from the Aviv Data office, driving the data governance standard across the group.

You tasks:

  • reporting to the Head of BI & Analytics, you will oversee setting up new analytics function on the Aviv Group level
  • conduct ad-hoc analyses to derive recommendations for strategic decisions & operative measures
  • proactively analyse the data to identify new business opportunities and potentials for improvement of our marketing and product strategy.
  • together with data stewards from the Aviv Data Office ensure the highest standards of the data quality
  • work together with BI Engineer and Data visualization expert to define business requirements for data extraction, storage, processing and visualization
  • collaborate closely with the local businesses to interpret the data and turn it into meaningful analyses
  • create reports and dashboards for the board presentations
  • provide recommendations to the business based on your findings and follow up on them


Your profile

  • you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • you are a strong communicator, being able to explain complex concepts simply
  • you are assertive, proactive, and self-driven, but still work well in a team
  • you believe that analytics is meant to solve real business challenges
  • you are curious about data and attentive to details, being able to spot data quality issues and logical inconsistencies
  • you have good understanding of data models and structures. Knowledge of statistics theory is a big plus
  • you are a quick learner and are driven by a challenge
  • you have solid practical experience working with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, GTM and Tableau)
  • you are familiar with R or Python programming
  • experience with BigQuery is a plus
  • understanding how web tracking and data collection work and being able to debug tracking implementation is a plus
  • you are willing to work in an agile environment and with a distributed team
  • you are fully proficient in English. French or German is a plus
