We are looking for a Client Success Project Manager (m/w/d) to join our DACH team based in Germany.

Our German team is composed of motivated and welcoming professionals from our Sales, Client Success and Marketing teams, partnering with a range of clients comprising of mainly large DACH companies.

They also work closely with colleagues based in other locations in Europe or the Americas: every person in our international workforce is motivated to be part of a company that thrives on innovative digital technology, expert-driven learning content, and consulting that is offered in partnership with our clients!

As part of our Client Success department, you collaborate with our Sales team and are responsible of a client portfolio for whom you create and deploy digital learning projects. You accompany clients on a long-term basis to advise them on how to elaborate learning paths fulfilling their long-term learning needs.

How you will make an impact :

As a real conductor, you manage the project in line with the defined budget as well as the quality and performance levels. More precisely you will :

1) Establish strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as their dedicated point of contact for all questions and concerns.

2)Deliver the project in time, budget and of high quality by: ·

  • Defining a clear project scope & appropriate planning · Coordinating resources · Leveraging strong stakeholder management · Having an agile mind-set regarding the ambiguity of the project and change requests · Identify and manage potential risks to the project
  • The projects deployment in collaboration with our technical and functional experts,
  • The building and conducting of workshops at our clients, the quality control, the follow-up of Key Process Indicators and satisfaction indicators.
  • Consult with clients to jointly establish goals, the metrics used to evaluate progress towards those goals, and to align expectations for maximum client success.
  • Identify potential growth areas by keeping clients informed of new products, services and product improvements that can provide additional value.
  • Partner closely with the sales team throughout the client lifecycle to achieve renewal targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide consultation regarding CrossKnowledge Learning Solutions

We are looking for people who :

  • Own a Master’s degree and 3 years’ experience minimum in digital project management and customer relations
  • Have a previous program/project management experience, particularly in regard to customer journeys
  • Have good Office skills (Office 365)
  • German native as well as in Fluent English, Excellent written and verbal skills are required in both languages
  • Interested in digital and e-learning topics (a previous experience is an advantage)
  • Have great analytical skills(reporting, excel, data analysis)
  • Very well organized and structured to manage priorities
  • Capable to build trust, rapport and strong client relationships
  • And of course, with the right team spirit!

This is a remote position in Germany .
