Data Analyst Intern (all gender)

As we continue to grow rapidly, so does the demand for data. We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to answer the ever-growing number of questions that arise from a scale-up fast-paced environment.

The data team supports stakeholders across the company by providing ad-hoc analyses, modeling in Excel, extracting raw data, designing dashboards. You will drive, execute, and communicate individual assignments to the business stakeholders to answer questions that help them propel our business forward. Since the role is aimed to be cross-functional, you will get the chance to learn about the different functions of our business, their systems, and processes.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Working with all teams on ad-hoc requests and analyses to identify bottlenecks & opportunities, for example
  • Assisting Operations teams uncover bottlenecks in our fulfillment and payment flows
  • Measuring the impact of certain product features
  • Building and analyzing supplier and customer cohorts
  • Analyzing the incidence of erroneous data in our systems
• Building dashboards & reports in Tableau and/or Excel
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our BI & Analytics setup
• Collaborating with business stakeholders in the KPI development

About You

• An analytical mindset and attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience with SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• Very good command of Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• E-commerce/Life Science experience is a plus
• A degree in economics/statistics is a plus
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
