Specialist Master Data Governance and Analytics (f/m/div)*

In your new function located within Infineon’s master data governance team you will make a significant contribution to the management of our existing master data solutions. You gain an understanding of business problems, know how to extract master data relevant topics and identify the impact on other master data domains as well as business issues. You balance the requirements of both – IT Systems and Business Processes. You can analyze and understand data. It helps you to communicate the IT and business aspects of a problem. Job description

In your new role you will:

Central Master Data Governance:

• 
  Contribute to governance for our Organizational, Planning and Supply Chain Master Data
• Define and introduce master data solutions in coordination with the domain specific master data teams
• Support projects affecting the Master Data domains (e.g. Mergers & Acquisition)

Master Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Analyze Global Master Data to support governance tasks, business processes and master data activities
• Generate and maintain Master Data Reporting solutions
• Be a member of Supply Chain Reporting Competence team which is setting up governance rules and guiding principles for reporting
• Setup requirements towards data provision and align solutions with data provider

Your Profile

You are enthusiastic about data! You remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and share knowledge responsibly in order to support others. Over this you contribute to a positive team atmosphere, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 
  A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or comparable
• At least 1- 3 years of professional experience in the field of Supply Chain,
  preferably in Master Data or Supply Chain Analytics
• The ability to perceive new and complex situations while considering dependencies and priorities
• A good understanding of numbers and data.
• Basic knowledge in Reporting and Analytics (SAP BO)
• Fluent communication skills in English and preferably also in German
