Then join us as a (Junior) Software Engineer – develop software tooling to enable customization at production test for our digital security solution products.

Job description

In your new role you will:


  • Develop, adopt and maintain software tools
     used for the preparation of customer specific data programmed into our security chips during production test based on new customer requirements
  • Enable a fully automated operation of the tooling including structured error handling when providing data to the production environment
  • Ensure security requirements by using HSMs (hardware security modules) and ensure data integrity with full tracking of the generated data
  • Plan and implement a test strategy for implementations of the tooling to ensure high quality of the delivered data
  • Document Implementations
  • Work in a technical team with multiple interfaces (Test Engineering, Software/Firmware, Chip Design, IT, Factory Integration, production, logistics)
  • Build up knowhow in semiconductor test engineering concepts to be able to support interfaces and develop fitting tool concepts

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


  • A technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Ideally 1-3 years of experience in tooling development
  • Good programming skills with C, C++ (Microsoft Visual C) and Python
  • Good experience in software test and verification
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Enjoy to work in an international team with multiple interfaces
  • Fluent English communication skills, German skills are an advantage
