As Data Analyst (x/f/m) at Bonial, you will join our data team, namely Product Intelligence team. Your mission is to transform data into dashboards and insights that enable especially teams to make smart data-driven decisions to improve our product.The team of currently 5 - 7 members values knowledge sharing. Here, you will be working closely with data engineers and data scientists.Steffi, your team lead, values an independent work style. We offer you a strong learning curve, responsibility for projects, and room for your own ideas to bring the data team to the next level.


    • You create & automate easy-to-understand reports that enables business-critical decisions.
    • You perform analysis, such as A/B test and deep dives, to answer business questions with timely and insightful analysis.
    • You define KPIs and tracking events to enable stakeholders to understand user behavior.
    • You make business recommendations that influence our data strategy.
    • You filter, clean and integrate large volumes of data prior to analysis.
    • You develop expertise in tools and best practices.


      • A degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics or equivalent
      • At least 2 years of experience in the data field
      • Ability to understand and incorporate the big picture into the details of analysis
      • Well structured, analytical thinking and ability to explain and visualise complex analyses in a clear understandable manner to a non-technical audience
      • Keen to make recommendations that will positively impact Bonial
      • Ability to understand & write complex SQL statements
      • Experience with data visualisation, (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.)
      • Fluent in English


    • First touch-points in Online business
    • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, etc.
    • Experience with Big Data architecture, e.g. Presto, Athena, AWS EMR
