The position

You will work closely with Product Owners, HR, Payroll Specialists,Software Engineers and QA Engineers to deliver end to end global reporting with high level of accuracy for courier Payroll.

. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure periodic (monthly/weekly) payroll reporting for all countries is accurate and timely

  • Management of the reporting process and adding value to the existing reporting ETL/Data pipeline (Airflow/Redshift)

  • Design and implement a new reporting pipeline for evolving needs from different countries.

  • Evaluate and monitor system performance to locate optimization potentials and ensure high quality standards

  • Create reports and dashboards to guide stakeholders with payroll information

  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities

  • Align with the payroll IT team to define goals and work together to deliver high quality reporting

Your profile

  • Excellent communication, team work, and stakeholder management skills

  • 4+ years experience working with BI reporting, developing ETL pipelines and dashboards

  • Hands-on mentality, structured and solution-oriented thinking, critical questioning and focusing on ongoing development

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in combination with some years of professional experience in reporting

  • Understanding and experience on AWS/GCP data offerings

  • Mastery of SQL and experience with BI reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, Looker) and modern databases

  • Previous experience in Payroll reporting and HR domain is a plus
