You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Data Science and actively contribute to the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS. As part of our rapidly growing Enterprise Data & Analytics organization within the Data Science team, you manage a team of experts to develop targeted data-driven solutions for our business units and for external customers. As an experienced leader and subject matter expert, you will provide advice, support, and develop state-of-the-art analyses and models along with your management duties to grow and lead a Data Science organization. You will apply your skills to a variety of problems, like time series analytics (IoT Data), tabular data (e.g. customer lead prediction), recommender systems to name a few. You will actively contribute to the exchange of knowledge within the team and the ZEISS machine learning community. You will contribute to grow projects from early development into fully functional and operational solutions. You will be the chief data science, analytics and AI leader with high ambitions, enterprise-wide responsibilities, and unique opportunities to make a great business impact to the topline and bottom-line.
