Job Description

Do you enjoy both, working technically and enabling others with your knowledge? As a Business Analyst you will consult and implement individual CRM solutions for our internal stakeholders
In your new role you will:

  • Interact & discuss with our business users regarding the requirements and the design of solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI
  • Run & execute operational activities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and SLA in the area of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Partner with Internal & External to develop functional specifications for Business Requirements
  • Support & execute writing User story, Design, Development and Test Management for Operational and Project Activities
  • Manage projects for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypes together with internal and external experts within Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI
  • Ensure overall operations of Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI in close cooperation with internal and external suppliers
  • Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers, e.g. Sales & Marketing, Customer Logistics Managers, and Technical Support etc.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field
  • First working experience as an intern or full time within an IT domain
  • Experience in implementing IT solutions/products such as SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce is a plus
  • Exposure & understanding of requirement gathering & test management is desirable
  • Desire & ability to learn new technologies in cross funtional teams
  • Exposure to agile methodology experience such as epics, user stories, features and MVP is plus
  • Keen to learn and develop yourself towards a Business Analyst role
  • Fluent in English, German would be a plus
