// Technical and disciplinary management of the "IT DevOps Core Services" team, responsible for the operation and further development of the IT DevOps infrastructure of the GRENKE Group

// Active shaping of our DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives

// Automation and continuous improvement of the deployment processes in close cooperation with software development

// Creation and further development of a DevOps core service portfolio based on state-of-the-art tools and processes (esp. CI/CD pipeline and monitoring)

// Coordinate error analysis and troubleshooting of disruptions across the DevOps stack

// Cost controlling for the IT DevOps area

// Coordination and control of external service providers

WHAT TO BRING

// Completed degree in the field of (business) informatics or a related subject or comparable training with several years of relevant professional experience

// Management experience in software development and/or development-related IT operations

// In-depth knowledge of agile software development and agile IT operations management

// Sound experience with CI/CD solutions (e.g. Azure DevOps Server, Jenkins)

// Erfahrung in IaC/IaS Technologien (z.B. Terraform, Ansible, Microsoft Desired State Configurati-on)

// Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ElasticSearch

// Experience with Agile, Lean and CIP approaches

// Knowledge of cloud architectures

// Agile understanding of leadership (leadership based on motivation, trust and empowerment)

// Excellent team skills and customer-oriented communication skills

// Structured, careful way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills

// Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
