Job Description Be the game changer at Bonial  Here at Bonial.com, we manage data as a company asset; regardless if Product is running their next A/B test, Marketing needs a churn prediction model or IT would like to develop a recommendation system - the data team is one of the hubs of these initiatives and so will you. It will be your task to help different departments drive our business forward with precision and predictability. The successful results of your work will include those remarkable “Eureka!” moments when a complex data set crystallizes into a simple, clear picture. That's your role: You will be a strong driver of our data department by enabling decisions with your numerical insights and by fostering a data-driven culture at the same time. You will be one of the owner of data-science related tasks, and you will be a reference to solve problems and identify opportunities. Apart of the given setup: You are willing to create and define your own role in our Data Team Perform regular deep dives investigating business with timely and insightful analysis and generate actionable insights  to concrete business problems, e.g. analysis and forecasting of time series, user churn prediction Evaluate new initiatives and oversee these over the entire project period, additionally forming trusted relationships with all business departments Visualize your analysis in a way that everyone gets access to it at first glance Qualifications That's your profile: You have a ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for analytics and the insight it can provide. As well you have experience in the investigation and analysis of field data. You hold a degree in Mathematics, Statistic or Computer Science.
