No boss, no CEO, no middle management, no director of super important things... nothing! We don't need that because we all have very clear responsibilities, lead ourselves and always take on our own responsibilities in order to achieve our goals. Decision-making power and responsibilities are thus divided among all colleagues in the organization and not just in the hands of just a few in the upper levels of a pyramid. This means we can act much faster and solve problems directly where they arise. We are an organization with 90 out of 90 managers who do their best every day to achieve our mission together and meet the needs of our customers.
