Your mission We are looking for a driven and experienced   (Senior) AI Engineer (f/m/d)   to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will design and build production-grade AI systems that power deeploi's intelligent IT workflows. You will take ownership of developing and deploying LLM-based automation solutions that reduce manual work, accelerate support processes, and enhance the experience of both our customers and internal teams. Here are the detailed tasks: Design and implement   LLM-based ticket classification and intent extraction pipelines for Zendesk and Intercom contexts.
