Your mission: As a VLA AI Engineer, you will build the next generation of multimodal AI models that seamlessly combine visual perception, speech understanding, and robotic actions. You will develop: - scalable data pipelines for collecting, annotating and processing multimodal datasets. - End-to-end training & fine-tuning workflows for Vision-Language-Action models - Tools and processes for evaluating and optimizing VLA architectures - Stable production infrastructure for model deployment and monitoring What you bring: Must-have: - Software nerd and AI enthusiast - Practical experience in training and fine-tuning large multimodal machine learning models (VLA, VLM, LLM) => Please provide references!
