Your role
As the first person in the Data Team (Founding Data Hire), you will build clean data models, deliver dashboards and analyses, and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
Your tasks
You model data in the data warehouse using Snowflake and dbt and maintain the transformation and model logic.
You build dashboards and reports in Metabase, develop KPI standards and enable self-service.
You conduct ad-hoc analyses for business decisions – e.g. in Excel, Python or R, depending on your skillset.
You gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into clear, usable data solutions.
