This is the 5-6 months internship alternative for someone who would otherwise land at a top tech company, in quant trading, or in the analytics arm of a top consultancy (BCG X, McKinsey QuantumBlack) — but would rather work on a real B2B product with measurable customer impact than on synthetic take-home cases or slides for the partner round. We manage ~2,500 customers across 20 products — manual scaling doesn't work. You help build the data and experimentation logic that underpins our CX operating model.
Your Responsibilities
You model the customer journey per HUB product from onboarding to renewal and translate it into a clean data and event structure.
You define adoption KPIs per product and build the data models in Planhat and our BI stack so that risks and opportunities become objectively visible.
