Your tasks:
Independent execution of international projects with renowned clients in the field of our data management products for E-CAD system solutions.
Installation of our software products, configuration according to customer requirements and error analysis
Quality assurance through testing and documentation processes for software deliveries
Competent advice for international clients regarding technical inquiries
Conducting training for users and administrators
Your qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, engineering or comparable qualification
Good IT skills
Knowledge of software configuration in the E-CAD environment
Knowledge in the field of data management for E-CAD system solutions and their integration in the PDM/PLM environment
