We're looking for a highly analytical, hands-on engineer who enjoys digging into complex systems , solving real-world problems, and growing into a key role at the intersection of support, infrastructure, and AI systems .
What you'll do
Monitor and analyze live systems across stores using logs, telemetry, and video data.
Investigate and resolve issues in real-world environments (networking, configuration, hardware, deployments).
Support and validate deployments — from preparation to rollout in production.
Act as a technical interface to customers during rollouts and incident resolution.
