They have:
A university degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, epidemiology or a related field with a strong quantitative focus
Interest in medical issues and practical experience with the scientific use of secondary data, preferably from several years of relevant professional experience.
Programming skills in R, SAS and/or Python, or willingness to acquire them based on comparable experience.
