Your tasks:
Analysis and processing of AOI image data (approx. 10,000 data sets)
Merging AOI results, employee evaluations, and repair data
Development and training of an AI model for classifying pseudo-defects and real defects (e.g. soldering defects)
Evaluation of model quality (e.g., hit rate, misclassification)
Visualization of AI results (probabilities, image labels if applicable)
Development of a simple prototype to illustrate the AI recommendation
Documentation and presentation of the results...
