As an AI Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in building and developing our company-wide AI initiatives. You will identify suitable use cases, assess their potential, and implement them together with the relevant departments. Furthermore, you will develop a clear AI strategy, create structures and standards, and drive the implementation of solutions throughout the company.
Strategic core tasks
Development of a holistic AI strategy for the company, including target vision, roadmap and key performance indicators.
Development of an AI governance framework (guidelines, security and compliance standards, and data ethics)
Establishing AI standards, methods, and templates for the company
Use Case Management
Identification, prioritization and evaluation of AI use cases together with the specialist departments.
