You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a trusting relationship with your portfolio of clients (HR Communication Agencies, Large Companies, Territorial Authorities) on all of our products and for helping and supporting clients in the use of products (HR marketing campaigns, multidiffusion, parsing).
To this end, your missions are as follows:
Work with the sales teams to set up customer accounts and onboard customers (account settings, API explanation, training on the SaaS platform),
Monitor and inform the customer of the progress of their service (highlighting areas for improvement and development and participating in their deployment),
Report, prioritize and follow up with the Customer Success and technical teams on product bugs,
Report customer needs for product or process improvement to the technical and operations teams,
Keep customers informed of new products and the company's roadmap,
