Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize polyglot and language-specific machine learning models for a broad range of languages with a strong focus on seq2seq models and classifiers.
Develop and enhance solutions that employ such models to solve challenging text normalization and classification problems in the context of text-to-speech.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of NLP and machine learning.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and linguistic experts, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP.
