Your tasks:
They administer, maintain and optimize QM applications (e.g. SAP S/4HANA QM, CAQ systems) and ensure system stability, data quality and process compliance.
You will assume technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA QM, participate in implementation, rollout and migration projects, and coordinate adjustments with IT and external service providers.
They analyze the requirements of the specialist departments, identify optimization and automation potential in QM processes, and implement these together with the specialist departments.
They create and maintain process documentation and training materials, and support users through training and 1st/2nd level support.
