Spezialist (m/w/d) Quality Data & Analytics

Your tasks:

• They administer, maintain and optimize QM applications (e.g. SAP S/4HANA QM, CAQ systems) and ensure system stability, data quality and process compliance.
• You will assume technical responsibility for SAP S/4HANA QM, participate in implementation, rollout and migration projects, and coordinate adjustments with IT and external service providers.
• They analyze the requirements of the specialist departments, identify optimization and automation potential in QM processes, and implement these together with the specialist departments.
• They create and maintain process documentation and training materials, and support users through training and 1st/2nd level support.
• They develop digital reporting and monitoring solutions (e.g., dashboards, KPI analyses) and work closely with IT, production, logistics, purchasing, and other departments.
• They analyze error messages, conduct root cause analyses, and develop sustainable solutions for the continuous improvement of system and process quality.

Your profile:

• They have a completed degree or technical training with further education in the field of quality management, computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
• They bring experience in quality management as well as good knowledge of relevant QM processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Ideally, you have very good knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA QM module or are willing to acquire this knowledge quickly and in a targeted manner.
• They have a high affinity for IT and experience in using QM software or CAQ systems.
• They are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
• They communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders and enjoy supporting and training users.
• Ideally, you have experience in project management and are interested in topics such as digitalization, system integration and process automation in quality management.
