This position will be filled for an unlimited period of time and in full-time. This position will be the central point of contact for the management of the apprentices and responsible - together with the Business Partner HR for our site in Berlin - for the co-ordination of the vocational training rotation. For this reason, he/she will co-ordinate the long-term planning, recruiting and integration of apprentices as well as the advertising of vacant positions for apprentices and he/she will advise the operational business with regard to relevant questions. Your tasks: Co-ordination of the vocational training of apprentices for the different business units and monitoring the commercial job profiles including recruiting and its planning Identification of the short, mid- and long-term apprenticeship needs according to business units and advising the operational business with regard to relevant questions Functioning as chief coordinator for apprentices concerning the interaction with the Business Partners, the works council, the vocational school and universities Supervision of the career of former and current apprentices and of the regional apprenticeship market Identifying new trends and requirements to ensure the recruitng of young employees for KWS Your profile: Preferably a university degree in psychology, business administration, labor law or a qualification as HR specialist (f/m) More than five years’ experience in the field of HR vocational training co-ordination to give individual support if necessary 4 to 5 years’ professional experience in a globally active company Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) Experience in relevant IT systems Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial mind Excellent communication skills and experience Interested?
