Working in projects instead of taking orders, getting a taste of the practice, not frying meatballs and making contacts, instead of waiting for the end of workday: that was the idea that led to the founding of univativ in 1998 by Martin Ilg, Henning Loof and Olaf Kempin. At that time students at the Technical University of Darmstadt, the three aspiring industrial engineers wanted to realize this concept for themselves and for other students. With success! Today, Henning Loof, Martin Ilg and Gottfried Zaby are responsible for the univativ group.
