In May 2015, the company was transformed into a stock company. The company also operates in Austria, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Italy and Switzerland. The opened online shops in Singapore and Malaysia were discontinued after a short time. Home24 carries more than 150,000 items from over 1,000 manufacturers.
