WBM is as diverse as life in the metropolis of Berlin: Around 70,000 Berliners from over 100 nations live in our approximately 34,000 rental apartments. We rent and manage more than 300,000 m² of commercial space with a unique portfolio. As a partner of the State of Berlin, we contribute our real estate expertise to the development of complex districts of major urban significance such as the Haus der Statistik or the Dragonerareal.
