N26 is a German direct bank, headquartered in Berlin, Germany, that offers its services throughout the Eurozone, with the exception of Cyprus and Malta. N26 was founded in early 2013 by Valentin Stalf and Maximilian Tayenthal. In two years N26 has acquired more than 500.000 clients. It operates in 17 countries: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain and currently employs 290 people.
