Local, natural, sustainable: EAM is the regional energy partner for around 1.4 million people in large parts of Hesse, southern Lower Saxony, and parts of North Rhine-Westphalia, Thuringia, and Rhineland-Palatinate. As a wholly municipally owned company, EAM ensures a secure energy supply, develops future-proof solutions for its customers, and shapes the energy transition in the region in partnership with them. EAM operates a total of around 50,000 kilometers of electricity, natural gas, and water networks and offers its customers attractive green electricity and natural gas products as well as numerous innovative energy-related services. Together with its subsidiaries, EAM employs around 1,800 people – including 116 trainees – at 24 locations, thus providing secure and high-quality jobs in the region.
