Clariness

In 2005 our co-founders, Michael Stadler, Nils Drews, and Jens Stelling, decided to bring ‘Clarity’ and ‘Openness‘ to the industry, and founded “Clariness“. To do this, we had to digitize patient recruitment in a time when our late co-founder and CEO (Michael Stadler), would bring printed internet adoption reports to client meetings to convince pharmaceutical executives of digital recruitment’s potential to reach, engage, and randomize patients wherever they were. That digital-first mindset has allowed us to continuously measure, refine, and scale our enrollment solutions across the globe. 20 years later, Clariness merges with SubjectWell in 2026 to create a global leader of patient enrollment solutions. Through our combined global enrollment ecosystem, we have randomized 42,000 patients, across 400 indications, servicing 60 countries, in 35 languages… and we’re not stopping here.
