awiona

We are a project management and planning company specializing in the conversion and expansion of fiber optic networks, based in Berlin.

Founded in 2009, we have made a name for ourselves in almost 15 years in complex telecommunications construction projects.

To this day, no other company on the market offers a comparable service to ours.

We do a lot to ensure the well-being of our employees. This goes beyond work-related issues such as work-life balance. We employ a feel-good manager who offers employees regular opportunities for discussion.
These confidential conversations also allow for the discussion of topics outside of work.

We are happy to support each individual employee in private matters as well, such as finding accommodation, to the extent that this is possible for us and legally permitted.

Having an office at the company and being able to work from home is a given for us. To maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, we organize regular team events. This time off work with colleagues in a pleasant environment has shown us that it's a good way to foster this sense of community.

The positive effects resulting from our philosophy are also reflected in feedback from our customers, who regularly confirm our exceptionally good quality and performance.
