You develop production-oriented AI, agent, and automation solutions, translating business and technical requirements into robust, testable, and operational software. Your role is not simply to implement isolated demos. You build reusable technical components, integrations, and standards that can be used for future IT projects. You work closely with technical consultants, business units, architecture, data, security, and operations teams.
You design and implement AI, agentic AI and automation solutions from technical MVP to production-ready handover.
You will develop reusable services, agents, workflows, APIs, data and context connections, and technical templates.
You integrate models, knowledge sources, specialist systems and platform services securely and transparently into existing IT landscapes.
You establish logging, tracing, monitoring, cost and usability transparency, as well as controlled human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
